LOGISTIC UPDATE
Previously, I entrusted my US shop to a third-party fulfillment company, which ended having quite a number of issues. For now on, I will be handling and fulfilling the entirety of my online orders myself including the Canadian, USA and International portions.
With the new store front, you will be able to shop in your local currency. Canadian customers will be able to check out in Canadian dollars and shop CAD priced catalog with cheaper domestic shipping (see Smash 2026 catalog post for reference). Australia, NZ, and Singapore share the CAD catalog.
US customers will be able to check out in US dollars and shop the US catalog. Please note that US orders (non lettermail) will be fulfilled in bulk in mid-November. You can also order for at-con pickup for RICC and Kumoricon with code RICCPICKUP AND KUMORICONPICKUP.
To make shipping more affordable, I have introduced a new mailing category for Canada and the US: non-tracked lettermail, free for eligible purchases above 35$. Your cart must consist entirely of eligible items (small prints, photocards, stickers, air freshener). Please use FREESHIPLETTER35 for free shipping. Free tracked shipping available for 165$+ orders to Canada, USA and UK(automatic).
To my EU customers, the store will only be open from Oct 6 to Oct 23. Shipping will be done in bulk at the end of October. Pickup available for Heroes Made in Asia Belgium (use code HMIABPICKUP) and FACTS Belgium (FACTSPICKUP).
